Yes, he has a very mysterious aura around him! And I have a sneaking suspicion that he's gonna be connected to one of the survivors from his pre-Island days!!!!

Yes but who? He is Russian so it wouldnt be probable that he has a connetion with one of the survivors but that doesnt mean he doesnt. I think he has a connectiobn with Rousseau. If you watch it again look at his face when Sayid calls for Rousseau and how Rousseau reacts to him.

He is a good charicter even though he is one of them.

Yes, some of the best characters are them, lol!

He really could be connected to anyone, I guess. There are no obvious connections that jump out at you, so it's just as likely to be Locke as it is Jin, Claire as it is Kate, and so on. Bearing in mind that the survivors do seem to travel a fair bit (All of them went to Australia, and Jack went to Phuket, Sawyer to Tallahassee, Sayid to Paris, Eko to London, Desmond to Los Angeles) so any one of them could have met Mikhail anywhere in the world, really!

Yes i know what you men, and after all it is lost. I think Desmond and Rousseau are the 2 charicters that are more likely to be connected to him.

Rousseau is a sciencist and I think is connected with Dharma somewhere in her Job and Desmond was in the army so he must have traveled to Russian at some point. He is the less obvious one but he is closer at being connected to Mikhail than any of the other charicters.

Yeah I think Danielle is involved with Dharma. Perhaps she has amnesia or something. They gave claire amnesia and she only remembered what happened to her, thanks to Libby!

Yes thanks to Libby but anyway putting aside dead people i think she does have a connection with Dharma and ether doesnt want to believe it or does have amnesia or some illness that makes her not remember.

Maybe the sickness made her kill her team!

Then again if Danielle was connected to Mikhail, would she have recognised him or not?

Maybe Desmond did go to Russia, but you can't assume he did just because he was in the army. Both my grandfathers were in the army, as was my uncle, and I have a cousin who is still in the army, and none of them have been to Russia!

A little disappointed that they got rid of him so quickly, but it's probably better that he did die. For one, we're seeing more and more of Locke's dark side, which is lways an interesting thing! It adds to the growing tension between Locke and Sayid, and it's also one more name on the list that the Others might want revenge for, so we could get some intense scenes in that respect as well! Very Happy

Yes it was a shame that they killed him off so quickly but would you rather kate was the one that got blasted by the fence? And Mikhail seemed to enjoy dieing, he even thanked them for it. But yes we are seeing more of Lockes dark side and like always more questions arise. What was Locke doing with the C4? Why is their a huge invisible, killed fence surounding the Barracks? What did Mikhail mean when he was talking to locke?

I really didn't care either way, But I think if they bring someone on they should at least have them on long enough for us to get to know something about them. I mean it was too short for him, but I'm sure they have thier reasons. There is a reason for every thing you know.

Mikhail cracked me up the way he was always smirking. We might see him again in flashback but I don't think he ever had potential to be a particularly important character.
