Tidying Up The Forum

I have decided to tidy up the forum.
So certain sections of the forum will merge in to one or become sub-forums to other sections.

For example, I have now made "The Management" and "Banned Users" sub-forums in the "Welcome to LOST ISLAND" section.

There'll be more of this going on over the coming weeks and LOST ISLAND is gonna look great!
