US Election

So the US election is finally here and I've been following it very closely on CNN, BBC and Sky and it's been really interesting.

I'm just wondering who you guys think will win and who you want to win.

I must say, I think Senator Obama is gonna get it (the polls seem to think so) but I'm hoping that Senator McCain gets it!

I think whatever the result, it's gonna be close!

What do you lot think the outcome will be?

Well Obama did win, whether that was because of his ethnicity or actual politics is arguable. All I know is Cheryl wins the bet, t'is a shame she didn't make a counter offer, otherwise who knows what she could have won in this bet.

Ok Blitz. I knew who won the election the night of November 4th. I posted that on November 12th, it was all a joke we both knew who won. that's why I bet my house cause I already knew Obama got it, so I could not loose.

I was quite sad to see Senator McCain lose but a big congratulations to President-Elect Obama! I'm sure he'll do a much better job than President Bush!

Anyway, the answer to your question Blitz is...I don't really know. I just ended up watching it on the news (Sky News, BBC, CNN, Fox) and in the papers and I just got really addicted to it! I thought it was a great race and it just really interested me! Very Happy

Ok, fair enough. I can't comment on it too much because I didn't really care for it that much, but from what I have seen/heard about Obama's plans he seems to know what he is doing and has a good outlook on the American nation.
