What I've been up to whilst I've been away

Hey guys!

Sorry I've not been on lately. I thought i'd tell you what I've been to whilst I've been away.

The main reason I've not been on is because my A-Level Coursework deadlines are all coming up.
For theatre studies I've been at school lots rehearsing our productin of a play called "Road". The performance for the examiner is next friday. However we had a performance for the public tonight and it went really well.
Also my media studies deadline is coming up soon. For that we have to do a study into a question of our own choice. Mine is "The Hybridisation of Genres in LOST accounts for the show's popularity but could it also be responsible for its downfall?".
Plus for my English I have to read Atonement and Emma.

So I'm sorrying for not being round! I've only just caught up on Lost but I'm back now!

And as for the mini-podcasts I'm going to upload the "life and death of jeremy bentham" one tonight and I'll probably put the "This Place is Death + 316" one tomorrow. I still need to record the LaFleur one though!

I've also been MIA for a small while; Unfortunately my grandfather passed away just under two weeks ago, so I've been dealing with the various aspects of that. Then on top of that, I've just been on a small trip to Wetherby with the rugby club, so I've not had the chance to get online for the past few days.

But I'm back now, and ready and willing to discuss the ever-amazing Lost. Very Happy

And I'm sorry to hear about your loss Mr Sawbucks. I know what it's like to lose a grandparent, it's really not nice at all. I'm sure all of the forum's thoughts are with you.

Anyway, I've ended up staying at my uncle, auntie and cousins' house this weekend (i'm there tonight too!) so I haven't seen LOST yet and I've not been able to upload the podcasts so I'll probably do that tomorrow evening!

I know this may sound like a silly quetion, but why do you have to change your media studies question ben, if you don't mind me asking of course.

I havent been on for a while either. I seem to be lacking the time these days what with the rush of assignments and my driving lessons.

Well my teacher (who helped me decide my question) isn't sure I'll be able to do a 3000 word study on it.
I'm seeing my other teacher tomorrow morning to see whether or not I should continue with it or change to a new question!

Well I do a leason a wekk for an hour, and I have had ten leasons in total.

I don't think I am too ready for my test, I too am rather a bad driver. I also still need to take my theory, which I nam planning to do soon.

And the good news about my media coursework question is that I went to my other media teacher and she said the same as you Blitz and so I'm now doing that and I've got lots to do for it which I'm really pleased with!!! Very Happy

Hey guys! I've not been online much these last few weeks due to coursework deadlines. I've completed my 1st draft of my media coursework (3183 words) and will have to make some edits to it and when it's done I'll post it on LI.

I've caught up on my lost viewing too and have recorded all the podcasts apart from this weeks (What Happened Happened) and I hopefully will be posting them tomorrow all being well!

I think now would be the time for you all to arrest me without further action, i havent been on here in a criminally long time. and im so sorry ive been neglecting you all *looks sheepish*
I too have had a hell of a lot of work to do with 6th form, and was really behind at one point, like reallly behind and i didnt do as well as i would have liked in my january exams, so i was pretty cut up about that, ive had a lot of personal strife too, which i wont go into detail about me, its just been a pretty hard year.
Blitz, im learning to drive too, and if youre talking about your test now can i jjust say WOW because ive been doing an hour and a half a week, sometimes twice a week since november the third and ive not taken my theory yet.
Sawbucks, im very sorry for your loss, i understand what youre going through i lost my grandma a few years ago and it was hell.
Ben, well hi, i see you everyday almost but i didnt want to misss you out lol.
