When and Where

Just thought I'd share this with you.

I was watching Sky One's "Lost: The Answers Are Here" and when Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse were asked where the island has moved to, they said "It's not just WHERE it's moved to but also WHEN"

Looks like time-travel will be a massive part of Season 5!!!

They also said that what the smoke monster is probably won't be revealed until the last ever episode of Lost!

I guessed that the island had moved in time...It obviously can't have gone further than April 2007, since that's when the coffin story was set, and Locke obviously has to leave the island first before he can land himself in that casket...Unless, of course, the island went further than 2007 and Locke travelled back in time again to 2007, but I don't think that's very likely...

i got one for ya, the smoke monster is time itself, hence the images of the past being shown before a characters death, of course for this to be true we have to believe in fate (another major theme in the show) and that the smoke plays a part in this theme ie "your time is up i are coming for youss!!11!!!" rather than the thing just going on a mad killing spree.
Also the smoke seems to attack after closure or the righting of a wrong if that makes sense.

ie eko and yemi- eko x_x
libby and hurley- libby x_x
anna lucia- the dude that shot her jason was it? anna lucia- x_x jason x_x

the list could go on.

of course the smoke would have to play its part when we arent aware or rather, what isnt shown to us, ie turbine guy. NOT that the smoke is invisible.
