Who will die in Season 5?

Once again I'm asking for your predictions folks! Who do you think is gonna be killed off this season?

Unfortunately, there seems to be a quota for each season that at least one regular is killed off, and I doubt that this pattern will change. Especially since the season 3 finale and pretty much the whole of season 4 were just a big slaughtery blood-fest...

Anyway, I think Locke's "death" is pretty much a given for this season, though whether he stays dead remains to be seen. I think there's more than meets the eye with that one. I also find myself inexplicably worried about Juliet, though I have no idea what started said worry. We've pretty much been promised that we'll get back to Claire's story in season six, so I think we can probably rule her out for now. Sawyer and the Oceanic Six will probably be safe (Well, as safe as possible), and I think it would be too soon to off any of the freighter folk. Desmond seems to be a pioneer for all things time-travel-related, and since the show will apparently delve deeper into such an area, hopefully they'll keep Des alive and well so he can continue his role, lol. I think if Ben is ever to be killed off, it will be right at the end of the series, after he has managed to transform into a bit of a hero and puts his grand plan into action to save the day, though I wouldn't be surprised if he manages to survive and outlive the series, haha.

So to reiterate, I'm strangely concerned about Juliet, and seems that she may very much be a candidate.

well, whoever they decide to off will be a rough loss, but they already killed Charlie so as long as Sawyer lives i should be able to deal with any future death....maybe..

Well, I have a few favourites among the characters to worry about, haha.

I think Sun is going to be a dark horse and end up having a huge significance to the overall plot and its outcome, so hopefully this theory is correct and Sun is reasonably safe for the time being.

Matthew Fox is the only cast member that knows how the show will end, so one would logically assume that this means Jack is going to be largely involved, so he's also pretty safe.

It could go either way with Desmond and Claire, so I'll no doubt be wringing my hands every episode. As for Sayid, you never stop worrying that he'll get himself killed, because he's the most likely to go charging into battle to protect his fellow Losties.

Well I've added my vote and I've gone with Locke (It's inevitable) and Miles. I think one of the Freighter people has to go and I think Miles is the most likely candidate at the moment as Charlotte looks set to have big stories coming up!
