But in LOST it does not have anything to do with Death, in LOST Carlton said it is translated to "Underworld" so forget about all the cause of death stuff. Just thought I should say that

At Comic Con 2006, when asked what does it mean he said Underworld, Om not sur eif it can be translated to Underworld but tahts what Carlton said it means on the LOST Timer

there is a difference to the meaning and what they actually say. they say Cause to die, i dont know the meaning but i think they mean pushing the button is a mor worthy cause than death itself. lostpidia dont know what it says but they think it means the underworld.

There are lots of different interpretations of underworld

Not true in real life but in lost the official meaning for the Heiroglyphics appearing on the Timer mean Underworld, thats all I can say

the meaning of official is somthing that is aproved by those people E.g. the Official lostisland podcast is the podcast set up by Lostisland, it is our podcast. so the Official translation from those two is there translation, not the translation.

it still doesnt make sense!! The writer's should have made up their own symbols rather than use eygption Heiroglyphics, knowing full well people would translate it!

yes they have made alot of mistakes. including the shark incodent where they put the dharma logo on the shark for there own amusment and it ended up being a huge consirecy.
