i want to report someone

for using my name, description etc in his fanfic. It's Chirpy.

I did not receive a pm asking me if he could use "me" in his fan fic. He even goes into great detail about "my" funeral". I understand this is a piece of fiction. But in that case, i should not be included, when it obvious to every member that the character "ellie" is me. I'm not happy, and something has to be done. Evil or Very Mad

I can see where you're coming from, ellie. It may be fiction, but, as you say, some of the characters do seem to be based on some of the members on these forums, myself included. I don't particularly mind being included, though that is most likely due to the fact that the "Sean" character has not been involved much. I'm sure that if I was in your situation, I would be every bit as angry as you are now. At the very least, you should have been PMed to ask for permission to use your name, description, etc.

I think a temporary ban until Ben sees this seems fair enough. I know you have the power to ban him, Rhianna, but Ben has dealt with chirpy up til now, so he probably should have a say in it before any permanent decision is made.

right guys i think tht was a good desition. i have told him that i will tell him what he did wrong and how he can become a better person. I know he was sick to do something like that but I am sure that i can bring him around. You dont know what i can do, i can make people see sense and even change them completely. so give me a few hours to write my speach to him and i swear that if he doesnt change then you can perminantly ban him.

are you doubting my skills sawbucks. its an ability that i have learnt through my own life. If Chirpy wishes to carry on then that is the path he has chosen. i am talking to him right now, trying to convince him that fate doesnt control his life. He is a tough nut to crack but i have just warmed up. I will break him. i have to. I believe that his devotion to fate ha cloude his judgment and made him unaware of the fact that his life can be changed.

sorry tree but the courtroom is a violent place, I cant breake him. he is too fixated on fate controling everything. he is obsessed. i just want to do something so drastic that not even fate would have seen it comming but instead i just gave up on Chirpy and watch fate take over.

Ellie seems to have had a change of heart and wants him back because it seems that he has been posting crap about us on watch lost. i have had a huge descution with him about it and he used the same escuses saying "Your names are not yours, you are not the only ones with then" but i just clearly pointed out that he described us in grest detail too. He then went on and on and on and on about fate and how he cannot control his life an i wont go in depth in the conversation but i was pritty anoyed and even revealed my deepest darkest secret just to prove that not everything revolves around fate.
